Exhibition floor plan

The exhibition is an integral part of conference activities located on levels 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Aotea Centre. 

• Hunua Foyer, level 1: on this floor delegates will access three of the nine concurrent session rooms and the foyer space will also include a selection of delegate catering, espresso coffee and electronic posters*.
• Owens Foyer, level 2: on this floor delegates will access the theatre which will host the keynote, plenary and largest of the concurrent sessions.  The foyer space will also include a selection of delegate catering, an espresso coffee cart and electronic posters*.
• Level 4: on this floor delegates will access the speaker preparation room. The foyer space will also include a selection of delegate catering, an espresso coffee cart and electronic posters*.
• Air New Zealand foyer, level 5: on this floor delegates will access the top floor of the theatre which will host the keynote, plenary and largest of the concurrent sessions.  The foyer space will also include a selection of delegate catering, two espresso coffee carts and electronic posters*.  This is the largest of the foyers and has additional informal seating available.

*Electronic posters: Poster presentations at WONCA Asia Pacific Regional Conference 2020 will be on 60inch screens (portrait style) located throughout the four foyer spaces.  Delegates will be able to access poster presentations on any screen, and via the conference app delegates will be able to message authors to arrange meetings or individual presentations.

The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for organisations to come face-to-face with the general practice community, increasing your organisation's visibility and allowing you to display and demonstrate your products and services.
